These terms cover your use of Maddly His, run by Tamara Maddrey. By making an account or buying something here, you agree to them.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself — you're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if something looks wrong. We may suspend accounts used to abuse others or to redistribute paid work.
What you're buying
- A book, song, or piece: a personal licence to read, listen, and keep it. It stays on your shelf while your account exists.
- A pre-order: you reserve a copy now and receive it when it releases.
- Membership ($11/month or $111/year): access to member content for as long as it's active. Membership is access, not ownership — if it ends, member-only content closes.
What you may not do
Everything here — the writing, the music, the art — belongs to Tamara Maddrey. Enjoy it, quote it, share a link. Don't re-upload it, resell it, or feed it to a model. Sharing your download links publicly ends the licence.
Membership renewal
Membership renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. See our refund policy.
Prices and changes
Prices are in US dollars and may change. A change never affects something you've already bought, and we'll tell existing members before a membership price changes.
Live rooms and community
The rooms are a house, not a free-for-all. Be kind. No harassment, no hate, no spam. We can remove content or access if that's broken.
Availability
We work to keep the house open, but we can't promise the site is never down. Occasionally items or sessions change or are withdrawn.
